What this policy covers

This policy explains what personal data we collect when you visit our website or join our early-access waitlist, how we use it, who we share it with, how long we keep it, and the rights you have under the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

The data we collect

• Waitlist signups. When you join the early-access waitlist we collect your email address, your answers to the "Find your routine" quiz (if you complete it), and the time you signed up.
• Contact. If you email us, we hold the content of your message and your email address so we can reply.
• Cookies and similar technologies. Essential cookies keep the site working. With your consent we also use analytics cookies (Google Analytics) and advertising cookies (Meta pixel) to measure traffic and campaign performance. See the "Cookies" section below.
• Technical data. Standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) used only for security and abuse prevention.

How we use your data and why

• To manage the waitlist and send you early access, launch and product updates you asked for. Legal basis: consent.
• To respond to your messages. Legal basis: legitimate interests (responding to enquiries).
• To measure and improve the site and our ads,where you have accepted analytics and advertising cookies. Legal basis: consent.
• To keep the site secure and detect abuse. Legal basis: legitimate interests.
• To comply with our legal obligations, such as record-keeping and responding to lawful requests.

Cookies and tracking

On your first visit we show a cookie banner. Until you accept, only essential cookies are set. If you accept, we load:

• Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site.
• Meta pixel to measure the performance of our advertising on Facebook and Instagram.

You can change your choice at any time using "Cookie settings" in the footer, or by clearing cookies for this site in your browser.

Who we share data with

We share personal data only with service providers that help us run the business, including our website and database hosting, email delivery, analytics, and advertising platforms. These providers are bound by contract to protect your data and only process it on our instructions. Some providers, such as Google and Meta, may transfer data outside the UK; where that happens, we rely on the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or equivalent safeguards.

How long we keep it

We keep waitlist data until you ask us to delete it or until two years after our launch, whichever comes first. Contact emails are kept for up to two years. Analytics data is retained for the period set in Google Analytics (typically 14 months).

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to our use of it, and to data portability. You can withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, or to request deletion of your waitlist entry, email hello@vyttl.com from the email address you signed up with and we will action your request within one month.

You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be communicated on the site.
